Not only does our QA system fully comply with the stipulations of ISO 9000:2001 and DIN EN 15038, but we go beyond these quality standards by a considerable margin. Some cornerstones:
- Triple proofing: Our three-stage standard is an industry first. It comprises bilingual editing, unilingual stylistic correction and recursive coordination loops connecting translators, editors and proofreaders.
- Native-language principle: We use only translators who are native speakers.
- Focus principle: All of our linguists translate only documents with subject matter pertaining to their field of expertise.
- Continuity principle (best match principle): Whenever possible and logical, your orders are processed by the same translators, editors and proofreaders whose work has been approved by you and who best match your company.
